3.5 Third Party AI Services Flibbo uses third party AI service providers to deliver AI-powered features such as text generation, image generation, and video generation.When users choose to use AI features, Flibbo sends user-submitted content including text prompts, uploaded images, and video generation requests to the following AI providers for processing: • OpenAI (ChatGPT) • Google Gemini • xAI (Grok) • Seedance • Kling AIThis data is used solely to generate the requested AI output. Flibbo does not send personal data such as contacts or photo libraries unless the user explicitly uploads content.User-submitted AI content may be temporarily processed by these providers and is handled in accordance with their respective privacy and security policies. Flibbo does not use user AI content for advertising purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; personalize user experience; provide customer support; send service-related communications; develop new features; conduct analytics and research; and enforce safety, moderation, and legal compliance.

Flibbo complies fully with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1. Face-related data is processed only when explicitly provided by the user for AI image or video generation. Face data is not used for identification, authentication, tracking, or profiling.

Any face-related data is processed temporarily and deleted automatically after the requested output is generated. Flibbo does not store, archive, or reuse face data.

Some AI processing may be performed by trusted third-party service providers acting strictly as data processors. These providers are contractually required to process data only on our instructions and to delete all data immediately after processing. All face-related data is transmitted using secure, encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

7. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted Service Providers, to comply with legal obligations, with user consent, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
